CareBlox ‘Clients’ is a client management system, which provides instant information to the care home owners, relating to new client enquires, occupancy, client fees and invoicing.

‘Allowance’ provides a set of tools to control and manage clients’ personal allowances, recording there deposits, withdrawals and transfers. Small amounts used for the hairdresser or newsagents.

• Exports data in CSV, XML
• Integration with Sage 50/200 accounts

Web application

The ‘Forms’ module provides a library of KPI input templates, each one periodically completed by the care homes within their group. This information forms the bases of management tracking and reporting and trend analysis.

The e-prospectus is a comprehensive source of information on qualifications, courses and providers. Enabling students to search and apply for courses online, and education providers to track and review applications. Used by multiple regions across the UK and supporting thousands of students.
